| Duties: | Inventory Par Levels
Counts and enters counts into computer
Downloads data from computer system.
Prints charge labels.
Picks and packs orders.
Delivers and restocks pars.
Requisitions for Supplies
Enters requisition into computer system.
Prints charge labels.
Picks and packs orders.
Delivers supplies to requesting department.
Receiving dock Responsibilities
Signs and verifies deliveries.
Compares items received to packing slip/invoice and purchase order in computer system.
Enters receipts and prints delivery documents in computer system.
Delivers items to requesting department.
Packs and ships items being shipped from hospitals.
Restock Inventory
Pulls skids of inventory from receiving dock to storeroom.
Matches items to delivery document and restock shelves.
Updates inventory in computer system.

| Qualifications: | Basic computer skills preferred.
Must demonstrate effective conflict resolution skills.
Must maintain effective, professional interpersonal working relationships.
High school graduate or equivalent required.
Warehouse, storeroom, shipping/receiving dock experience preferred.
