| Description: | This position will function as a Telephone Triage Nurse in a fast paced OB/GYN Practice.
The Registered Nurse has responsibilities/accountability for implementing the nursing process which includes assessment, developing the patient plan of care, implementing the plan of care, reassessing, evaluating and revising the plan of care. The Registered Nurse is also responsible maximizing utilization of support personnel through appropriate coordination, delegation, and supervision. Knowledge of nursing care principles, procedures, and practices.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, have excellent customer service skills, and good computer skills. Knowledge of FMLA/Diability paperwork is preferred but not required.

| Qualifications: | Knowledge of pharmaceuticals, expected beneficial effects, potential side effects and be skilled in safe administration practices.
Ability to recognize adverse patient signs and symptoms and to react appropriately.
Must be able to identify and provide for age-specific patient needs.
Must be able to assess, interpret, and appropriately react to key data about a patient's status.
Skill in operating job related medical equipment.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Must hold current Indiana nursing licensure. CPR certification required.
