| Duties: | Administrative
Act as financial liaison with physician offices and other departments and reports on financial trends and provides feedback on day-to-day operations.
Provide feedback to management staff on financial situation and annual budget requirements.
Monthly and Annual Financial Close
Assembles and posts information into current computer software system for the purpose of creating trial balance, balance sheet and income statements, and other financial reports.
Analyzes posted information for completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness.
Gathers and posts statistical data for comparative purposes and analysis.
Review sources of data for accuracy and consistency.
Fields and researches questions that are posed during review of month end financial reports.
Complete the annual budget.
General Ledger Account Reconciliations
Perform detailed reconciliation attaching any supporting documentation on all balance sheets and selected income accounts on a regular basis.
Researches any discrepant data and initiates appropriate corrective measures.
Year End and Interim Audits
Provide necessary reconciliations and supporting schedules to assist in preparing work papers for external auditors.
Generate historical data and summaries as needed.
Fields and resolves questions during the course of the audit.
Produce Financial Analysis Reports
Prepares bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and historical trend analysis of physician services, accounts receivable and other financial data.
Other special projects as assigned.

| Qualifications: | Knowledge of economic and accounting principles/practices and the analysis/reporting of financial data.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business related field is required.
