| Description: | Assists the Coordinator with new and parallel Lean Six Sigma projects as determined by the Coordinator, Regional Director and CEO. The position will also participate in training for Lean Six Sigma of Green Belt candidates. Will work with the Coordinator in regular reporting of project status to both local leadership and the SSFHS Corporate Lean Six Sigma Project Director. |
| Duties: | Collaborate with the Coordinator, Lean Six Sigma
Assists with Lean Six Sigma project charters.
Assists with the identification of SSFHS parallel projects.
Conducts and Coordinates Green Belt and Lean Project Training
Identifies participants for designated Lean Six Sigma projects.
Provides training and mentoring of Green Belt candidates.
Assists improvement teams in departments or projects as needed using Lean Six Sigma methods.
Leads Black Belt Six Sigma Projects
Assists with the DMAIC process related to new and parallel projects.

| Qualifications: | Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodology and related tools.
Performance Improvement experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Minitab and Visio software as well as statistical training.
Strong quantitative, analytical and organizational skills with the ability to integrate data from multiple sources.
Strong, multi-faceted background in acute hospital care preferred.
Skilled in effective group facilitation across all organizational levels.
Demonstrated experience leading large projects.
Bachelor’s degree in business or health care related field required.
Training in Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology required. |
